Before contacting support
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Colourary version and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send private photos unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.
Where is my work stored?
Colourary stores saved colours, palettes and systems locally on your iPhone. Deleting the app also deletes its local data unless it is restored through an Apple-provided device backup.
Photo access
Colourary uses Apple's photo picker so you choose the image to process. If an image cannot be read, try exporting it as a standard JPEG or PNG and selecting it again.
Accessibility reference
Colourary's Digital tools help evaluate colour contrast. They are a design aid and do not replace a complete accessibility review of your product.
