Before contacting support
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, BACKI version and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send receipts or other private documents unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.
Where is my information stored?
BACKI stores expenses, repayment history and optional receipt files locally on your iPhone. BACKI does not require an account or bank connection.
Partial repayments
Open an expense and choose Record reimbursement. The amount received is added to that expense while the remaining balance stays visible under Outstanding. The expense moves to fully reimbursed history only after the entire amount has come back.
BACKI Full
BACKI Full is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in Settings if you previously bought it with the same Apple Account.
Receipts and export
Receipt images and PDFs, CSV export, custom categories, advanced filters and unlimited outstanding expenses are included with BACKI Full.
