BACKI Privacy Policy

BACKI works without an account, advertising or tracking. The developer does not collect personal data through the app.

Expense records

Expense details, employers, categories and reimbursement history are stored locally on your device. BACKI does not provide a developer-operated account, backend or cloud-sync service.

Receipts

If you attach a receipt using Camera, Photos or Files, BACKI stores the selected image or PDF locally for that expense. BACKI does not upload receipts to a developer-operated server. Access is requested only when you choose to add a receipt.

Purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's own terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing. BACKI uses Apple's StoreKit to check whether BACKI Full is unlocked.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

BACKI does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across apps or websites.

Deleting data

You can delete individual expenses inside BACKI. Deleting the app removes its local data unless that data is restored through an Apple-provided device backup.

Children

BACKI is a general work-expense utility and is not specifically directed at children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.

Changes

If BACKI's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the relevant app version is released.
